Wow. Mr Mw .. You have so many pages of comments, ok some negative but being a smart man you must weight the good and the bad. In reading the many comments and as far as I can see lots of people (adults 😉 )would indeed pay money to achieve the fun, and to me, the freedom I had on There.com. I read a comment about what was Sparkles .. they would appear in the shape of gems , different colors, dung ( lol Yes) in one color, and many more ( a lady never tell All her secrets.. anywhoo. these special lil gems would hold Tbux and you would gather your friends or have the greed .. um fun all for yourself and race to gather a sparkles. I can’t say whether it was fun more in seeing and clicking a sparkle or the thrill of having more money in your pocket to get that great outfit or just the right piece of furniture for your home. The word implies just what it was a mysterious wonder with a sparkle / a shine holding a special gift for you – yes just for me :). I read one of your pages Mr. MW stating that some things may / may not come back.. totally your decision… but will there be prizes for skilling .. fun to be had? I am wondering what are you looking for to totally convince you to bring There.com back if only for a bit… ( longer than you guestimate ;). I know the fact that being an adult world can take some strange twists and turns but a word of advice.. taken or not … have some fun things you can do by yourself as well as with others. Your website .. if taken a poll .. you’ll find moms as well as dads.. not to mention those of us who would luv to see just a welcoming face after a long hard day of real life. I know there will always be those who have an opinion of what could be better or what they would’ve done but surveys.. such as this one could 1. give you time to evaluate the situation.. *2 Give you and your team a chance to consider the idea and work it from different angles hoping to make something that the majority would like. ( off that topic ;)) I would like to know if the land mass will get smaller? Will there still be a jumping off point for the moon or space? I would like to know would you consider a price cap on things or maybe low end/ high end prices? So many have left . for me the second time getting cozy n buddying up to be placed out in the cold.. ( R.I.P VMTV n There.com) lol used to that in real life, anywhoo sir = What will be on There.com that would attract new people to There.com? I am sure loads of former Therians will come to meet old friends and meet new ones but really – will there be some new attractionsas well as some familiar places we all luved..? I must say Mr. MW you could really start the teasers now .. ( you know a lil taste of what we missed on our place of home some of us actually DO miss). Thank you for the first There .com looking forward to entering a new space . 🙂 I must say I have tried a load of places ( virtual worlds) , and have read about a few more ;0 but I know what was at There.com and the feeling of freedom and the new adventures planned or not were an everyday treat for me. Thank you in advance for a taste of what we were so abruptly snatched from- thru no fault of our own.. ( Yes sir I am looking for a great job with a lifetime of fun and adventures along the way).. There fun to be had by all.

    ‘Wave SugarL cya soon

    Hello Mr. Wilson,

I have a few questions to ask you if that’s okay with you. Thank you for your time in answering all of our questions.

    1. What happens to the things we bought from There Shop and Auction when the announcement came? Will they return?
    2. Also, will we need to re-list all of the object and clothing back into Auction in order to resell them?
    3. Will you be taking a cut if people will be buying from the designer or will that be totally gone? If I recall there was a bug that when someone bought an item from the designer their was suppose to be a small cut that would go to the company but that was never fixed. When someone buys our stuff, will we only pay just the submission fee?

    • #15 by NoBioN on 2011.04.27 - 5:00 am

      1. All trades are final. Untill the day of closure.

      2. Answered earlier, it will most likely be so you will have to relist things again

      3. At each sale. From what i understand. Makena got money. Wholesale price of a buggy was 6800 if i remember correct. This meens at each buggy that sells on auction at lets say 7800 tb. The designer recieves 1000 tb. And 6800 tb is going to makena.

Correct me if im wrong =)

  14. #17 by Kooky on 2011.04.26 - 3:50 pm

Like so many others, I’m really hoping that There is able to re-open. Also, like so many others, I spent thousands of real dollars during the years that I played. I don’t regret a single dollar that I spent in There and I’ve never had any bad feelings towards There for closing. Every dollar that I spent in the game bought me something that I really wanted. I enjoyed each and every rock, waterfall, tree, etc! I had so much fun building with them, I more than got my money’s worth out of them! I would do it all over again. 🙂

Many of us joined There after our game “URU Live” closed. We had been through the pain of losing our beloved home, so we went into There knowing that it, too, couldn’t last forever. No game can. We each spent thousands in the game because it made us happy. 😀 We talked many times about the fact that we were spending all that money and that some day we could lose There. We were fine with spending the money, anyway because we loved There and we had a blast with every dollar we spent! Again, I don’t regret a single dollar that I spent in There!!!

Mr. Wilson, I thank you so much for There and appreciate the fact that you’re trying to bring it back!! I would dearly love to be reunited with all my lovely rocks, waterfalls, and trees! LOL I can see that you truly loved There, otherwise you would have just moved on instead of spending the last year trying to find ways to bring it back to us. The best of luck to you, Mr. Wilson!

  15. #18 by Shauna Meyers on 2011.04.26 - 3:36 pm

MW…. I understand that due to low funding, there is no way minors will be allowed when there re-opens… but is there at all a possibility that once There gets back on it’s feet and it’s making more money, that you will allow minors (once you’re making a good steady profit)?

  16. #19 by Evelyn Ross on 2011.04.26 - 3:14 pm

Hi Michael Wilson, You have the right to charge us for use http://www.There.com. Nothing games are free. Why are you suffern because we beg you for FREE. If I were you. I will charge them monthly to coverage for the cost and profit it. Nobody is willing to pay but it is up to them if their heart for Be There. People will gain back to there. Don’t worry about Perfect Code number. Nobody is perfect.! I am support you Michael Wilson. We are looking forward There2.

  17. #20 by Wav3Ryder on 2011.04.26 - 2:15 pm

Will designers who had already had stuff in auctions before There.com closed have to re-list their items? Or will they automatically still be in auctions once they re-claim their account?…Picking up where they left off kinda thing?

    • #21 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.26 - 2:17 pm

They’ll have to re-list. Time passes, even in Carbonite.

      • #22 by Marianne (JoyofLife) on 2011.04.26 - 3:14 pm

That brings up something interesting. Assuming THERE reopens and I pay for my membership: most items in my inventory were made by designers who may no longer be participating with THERE. Will I and others still have use of those items from non-participating designers when our inventory is restored?

      • #23 by Rebecca McArthur on 2011.04.27 - 2:26 am

Marcy still had a pair of levi’s jeans when There turned off the lights, in fact she was wearing them when There turned off the lights, and those hadn’t been available in game in years and years. If you bought it and its in your inventory… why would it go away just because the toon that listed it isn’t there any longer? My bet is you will either have all your stuff or none of your stuff, but not some stuff.

      • #24 by Marianne (JoyofLife) on 2011.04.27 - 11:42 am

Rebecca, thanks. I was asking because the rights to the items created by the designers might not belong to THERE. See what I mean? Then if that designer didn’t participate, perhaps his/her items would not be available in inventory. Is this a dumb question? ;0|

      • #25 by Mariesa on 2011.04.29 - 4:47 pm

I think that’s a great question. Personally, I would hope that anything I designed and sold in the original There would remain with those that had purchased them. 🙂

I’d actually be a bit surprised if this wasn’t the case.

        Mariesa

I need their reopen I’ve put all my chips in this survey I mean there is help me so much in my life when I was feeling depressed I could just log into another world and see so many people I didn’t know in real life I can really not think of anything that would have added to their I’m just so excited that there is reopening I can already feel the rush of logging in and over a year you really could never and add anything more to their I know I shouldn’t be depending on the survey but I really am this may be the last chance I’ll ever get their back…..we, will ever get their back so many memories to be shared and at the moment that is all we have been tell their hopefully comes back I am excited that the same time also scared if he says we don’t have enough votes on the survey at this time to reopen I’m sorry to disappoint all of you but there is nothing I can do any more I would be lost again feeling so high up on the mountain and falling this is what I mean by saying I’m scared what will I do without their but I know one thing if I do get their back I will not take it for granted like most of us did instead I will appreciate every day I get to wake up go turn on my computer and sign in two there. Like they say you never know what you had until it’s gone but now there’s a chance I might get back what I had and I now know what I had and hopefully we’ll have again.

  22. #31 by Brandyn_1 on 2011.04.26 - 7:24 am

Any update on the Survey? :)And still no word from Amazon?

  23. #32 by Corrupt on 2011.04.26 - 4:28 am

As for your comment that your the real CEO the fact that you added a survey link to the main website should make those people realize ur the real MW.

  24. #33 by colin25 on 2011.04.26 - 4:17 am

I’m thinking the survey will say that. If it doesn’t….repeat it until it does. ‘Tu

  25. #34 by Ivanova on 2011.04.26 - 3:48 am

From your own website when I signed up:

“There also offers Premium Membership for a one-time fee of only $9.95. This elite membership gives you special Voice Chat and Teleporting abilitie…s, exclusive Hosting and Club privileges, and automatic membership in the Developer Program. Want the ultimate There experience? Sign up for Premium Membership today!”

One time fee means ONE TIME FEE

    • #35 by there_forever on 2011.04.26 - 6:45 am

What do you mean Ivanova? That there shouldn’t be a monthy fee?

      • #36 by Ivanova on 2011.04.26 - 8:42 am

I’m simply stating what was on the page when most of us originally joined. I hope if it does reopen there aren’t any legal difficulties pertaining to this.

      • #37 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.26 - 8:55 am

I think there are a lot of misconceptions around ownership and entitlements in There, or any online game for that matter.

For example, as I’ve commented before, it sure feels like you “own” your things in There, and that’s how we treat it, but the fact is, and the TOS says, you don’t own it. That’s really because well, there’s nothing to own. As much as I would like virtual goods to be backed by material goods, they’re not.

The same goes for the Premium Fee(s). Those fees granted you avatar certain features. They didn’t guarantee access. They didn’t guarantee membership: they were just fees to “upgrade” your avatar.

Finally, if we do re-open, and we do charge a monthly fee, There (like any other company) has the right to change prices – in fact, that’s in the TOS too.

We like to NOT do it, but we tried that, and it didn’t work. (see my other comment about “Want to see There run without a membership fee? Ok, click, now it is. Not Running”).

I’m not sure any judge or court is going to say “Yes, you ran at a loss before, and, if you re-open, you must continue to run at a loss”. Lots of funny things go on in the court system, but I’m pretty sure this would’t be one of them.

      • #38 by Secrets of Vonira on 2011.04.26 - 3:08 pm

Michael Wilson if, God forbid, we do not get the results we are hoping for I would like to extend a personal invite to you to join us in other gaming worlds like RLP or something. I am sure that a majority of us true Therians would love to have you still part of our lives in some way. 🙂

    • #39 by Innie on 2011.04.26 - 7:26 am

And then it closed. Now it will (hopefully) re-open with a totally new set of rules. Live evolves and changes, the rules change often… Deal with it.

    • #40 by Marianne (JoyofLife) on 2011.04.26 - 7:33 am

Ivanova… so you prefer to stand on principle? hmm With the fee arrangement MAKENA generously provided in the past, they lost money and ultimately had to close THERE. So you are suggesting that by “principle” you’d like them to continue to not charge users, lose money and rather than close AGAIN, never even bother to open. Yours is a foolhardy and highly self centered view that most of us do not share.

If you don’t want THERE to open, go away. If you want THERE to subsidize your play at their own expense, go away. If you are too cheap to cough up $10 (that’s 2 burgers) a month, go away. I’m sorry but self-centered, arrogant, accusatory speech is not what we need here to encourage Makena that THERE can be profitable. When you grow up and work for a living, you’ll too kinda like making money, not losing it.

      • #41 by there_forever on 2011.04.26 - 9:27 am

        Well said Marianne!!!
Its so annoying sometimes that some people just don’t want to understand that 1+1=2.

      • #42 by Ivanova on 2011.04.26 - 10:15 am

I never said any such thing. If you read it that way perhaps you should re read the post. I am just saying that there are some who may not see the same as you. Perhaps it could be used by another company as a legal loop hole to make trouble for any possible opening. Its something worth contemplating you know, and no I don’t mean that negatively. I mean it in a fashion to possibly “close the barn door before a horse gets loose”. To make sure the ducks are in a row and all the “I”s are dotted and “T”s are crossed.

What is with all this hostility? Sheesh

      • #43 by xSnoopy on 2011.04.26 - 11:09 am

        Ivanova,
Marianne was not being hostile. She was responding to someone who came off as being self-centered and cheap.
If you would have bothered to read the posts, in this blog and Michales responses, since the survey started, you should understand what he is doing and the reasons for it.
Only Donald Trump and possibly Bill Gates would run a for-profit company, AT A LOSS, for over 9 years. Michael did and, after closing the doors, he sat down and said “How can I do this, make a profit AND do it for all the Thereians out there that love this game?”
I never kept track but would bet that I have AT LEAST 15 PREMIUM avies and I should be given a free pass LONG before you. I NEVER considered that possibility because I understand Michales situation.
It is what it is Ivanona, accept that and HELP all of us get back the ONLY worthwhile game in town.

      • #44 by Marianne (JoyofLife) on 2011.04.26 - 11:12 am

Thank you for clarifying Ivanova. I apologize if I did not understand the spirit of your comments.

    • #45 by Skyefire on 2011.04.26 - 1:20 pm

Ivanova, if that’s what you had until There closed, you got a great deal. Happy for you. You had it until the end of the run. If it re-opens, it’s basically a whole new world, legally. Your previous membership agreement is not binding, a new one would be made.

      • #46 by Ivanova on 2011.04.26 - 1:53 pm

I do not mean I would not be willing to pay monthly. I’m worried about it reclosing. Its a dog eat dog world in the business world. All we would need is another company rousing their members that have old accounts on There.com to join in a class action law suit to try to break there.com’s bank. It closed on us once for financial reasons. Some way needs to be found to keep something like what I described from happening again. Problem is this is the real world and everyone is lawsuit crazy. Paying lawyers to fend off even frivolous suits could become expensive and harm the reopening attempt.

        And snoopy, don’t be hostile. I wasn’t.

      • #47 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.26 - 2:03 pm

A class action law suit is not needed to break There.com’s bank. All we have to do is go back to the old pricing scheme.

Considering that we refunded every T$ bought in the month prior to the announcement, and bought back as many legitimate Developer T$ as we could, neither of which came out of profits, I find all this talk about lawsuits, etc…sad.

      • #48 by NathanAvis on 2011.04.26 - 2:14 pm

There are already a lot of grounded lows about data ownership on the Internet. You needn’t concern yourself, Ivanova. Everything we used in There we were legally buying a lease to use a copy of it (or the original) until closure. If There closed with intent after taking considerable chunks of cash then perhaps there “might” have been a fraud investigation, but as it stands There ran at a loss and was forced to close.

The only way to prevent what happened previously from happening again is for a good number of us to consistently pay and subscribe to There, buy tbux from the official vendor (I think the only way people are going to counter this is the removal of tbux give/trade)., and reduce “spamming” in There where possible to ensure our playtime is not affected. I for one will be doing all of these things if There does reopen.

      • #49 by xSnoopy on 2011.04.27 - 1:57 am

        Ivanova,
Hostile? I was not being hostile at all. If you knew me, you would know I am seldom hostile 🙂
Why are we talking about class action law suits at this time?
Although There.com was a large undertaking, it was probably peanuts compared to some of the projects Mr. Wilson has been involved in. I seriously doubt that he needs to be reminded about the pitfalls of doing business in this today’s world. What we need here is a lot more POSITIVE thinking about the future of There and how it will positively impact our lives, once again!
My thoughts are a little less serious and a LOT more positive about, once again standing in one of WildBilly’s paz’s and looking around Zephyr for the first time in over a year.
You want hostility? I really look forward to shooting with SaltySilver, Rubmon, TheBear and a couple of others who know how to bring on the hostility. Its the rush of things like that, that make the thought of being back in There something to look forward to.
Lets leave all the trivial matters to the boss. Last thing I want to worry about is There closing again. My thoughts are all about looking down the barrel of TheBears paintball gun and thinking Holy S***, I’m toast!

  26. #50 by Majandi on 2011.04.25 - 10:59 pm

Majandi got quite a few offers after There had closed and also received extremely long emails explaining how cool an other world would be and how much money and effort already had been spent on the project and that it would mean THE life time job of the century. I finally agreed to join and give them a chance to really convince me without leaving my day to day job just yet.

And then (again actually, as they weren’t the first to do that) next thing was that I was asked to set up a gallery of items I had made for There.
I tend to refuse. I made these items for There only and in case I should start building stuff for other worlds, they most likely wouldn’t be of the same kind, style, feel etc.
I never intended to use anything made for There in any other world.

I also was asked to give a personal statement about this other world and replied that I yet didn’t see my self in a position to give any statement at all as I hadn’t seen anything, only read about the great plans and seen people rave about the future of the project, but nothing I could actually state on from first hand experience.

Wow. I’ve never been bashed in such a rude way before. Fired before even hired, blamed for undermining the whole project, sabotaging the spirit and in fact this mail full of hatred, anger and poison spitting was even longer than the ones trying to convince me to join staff.

    Very sad.
    Buddha says:
Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.

I don’t tend to quote a lot of wise lines but this one pretty much hit the nail on the head for me.
I feel really sorry for them having their hands burned over and over and actually wasting all the money and effort and good intents already invested in the project to their bitterness.
I wish them all the best and after all it’s an open market and competition will only make service providers work harder and do a better job.

My money and my workforce is on There.com, though.

Ready to list all my items and offer a download location for all my free painter models the day There reopens.
Oh, the odd hoverboat model has been fixed, BTW 😉

Can’t wait to get started designing for There again.

    • #51 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.25 - 11:32 pm

      Thanks for writing.

I’m very sorry you (and others) were treated this way. Let’s hope the Survey Says we can open again!

      • #52 by NoBioN on 2011.04.26 - 1:23 am

        It has to!

Need that escape from reality that there.com provided. That can’t be found elsewhere 🙂

Not to say my life is bad. But when signing in to there.com all problems seems to vanish for a while 🙂

    • #53 by Simonqw on 2011.04.26 - 1:50 am

Who asked you to make there items for them?

    • #54 by Innie on 2011.04.26 - 5:04 am

Oh Majandi, you have ALWAYS been my favorite designer. When (if) There.com opens again, I will buy T$ just to be able to buy more of your amazing items.

      Stay awesome!

      • #55 by Wendy Stoll on 2011.04.26 - 1:27 pm

Have always liked your There-styled items and hope to see plenty more of them from you in “There2” if it opens 😀

In regards with Cloud Servers, what about using Otoy servers. Would that help as well? I remember Blue Mars was going to use it before they changed there direction.

    • #59 by Madhattermemphis on 2011.04.25 - 6:17 pm

holy crap.i checked out that OTOY service.so freaking awesome and they are partnered with AMD and NVidia too so EPIC!!! definately sometime to look into and keep an eye on.

Yes, Otoy is another company that develops the cloud servers. They were working with Avatar Reality aka Blue Mars. They were using the servers to allow all types of platform to work on blue mars. You could use an ipad or iphone or Android to go on blue mars, or a Macbook etc… It was suppose to be excellent. What you think about using Otoy? Would that help as well?

I continue to hope that there.com opens again. It was one of the best ways to relax after a long day dealing with real life work. Can’t wait to do another quest, talk to my friends, and fly around on my hoverpack. I can already imagine the there grand opening and the partying. Bring it back folks!

Yikes… I worry about you wasting even a drop of brain power on these wacky (almost) hateful questions. I’m sorry there seem to be ppl who just wanna hate. :0\

    • #68 by Amxscott on 2011.04.25 - 3:12 pm

      ???
Virtual Congress is built on the There platform not the other way around.
It is also funded by a University as far as I see from their web site not whatever e-gov is.
MW is talking about re-opening “There”, the original.
There 2 was just a working name..
Everything will still be called “There” as we have always known it.

    • #69 by xSnoopy on 2011.04.25 - 4:00 pm

      padwan,
I doubt that any of us REAL Thereians give a damn which platform he puts the new There on. You got to admire someone who wont give up.
padwan is obviously someone who is either to young to be legal on the new There, a banned individual who has NO chance to be un-banned or or someone who has a lot to lose if you do re-open.
My uneducated guess is the latter.
Michael, have you ever tried to figured out how many hours you have put into trying to turn There around to make it work?
In ALL our eyes, There never was a failure, it’s just temporarily closed for a major update 🙂

      • #70 by padwan on 2011.04.26 - 4:01 am

snoopy u talk out ur ass how can u say good luck mr wilson pulled the plug 2 week notice and all the question was asked about can we make the world smaller etc..every 1 came up with ideas..but did he listen..nope..shut the forums and disapeared…come on you want to be re scammed again???? that ur choice….jus think how it was when it did close hundres of people lost good friend never mind the t bucks thay spent..it was the way he conducted the business at the end the lies the hart ache..time to move on let this 10 year old system and its ageing ceo to rest…

      • #71 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.26 - 5:57 am

        PadWan,

Please buy some punctuation before your next post. They’re on the shelf right above the vowels.

P.S. i’m not aging, I’m aged. Please make a note of it.

      • #72 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.26 - 6:00 am

        Oh Padwan,

Looking closely at your comments, I see that you share an IP address with EvoLast. Are you guys roomies or something?

      • #74 by xSnoopy on 2011.04.26 - 8:28 am

        Too funny Michael,
Ya, it’s pretty obvious his skill with English is a little lacking as is his skill at spelling.
padwin, when the word is underlined in red, it’s spelled wrong. Right click on that word and it will give you choices of the CORRECT spelling.
Punctuation is another matter, that is going to take a little edumacation 🙂
Michael, if There2 is scamming, DO IT!! The majority of would enjoy being scammed. !!!! Don’t wait till May 7th, do it now.
In the mean time, some of us will be looking around for some punctuation padwin can use.

      • #75 by Skyefire on 2011.04.26 - 1:15 pm

Indeed, I would be quite happy to be scammed for even just a few more months There. I’m a Beta lifer, so if you insist on not charging us, I swear to let you scam me out of $15 a month worth of Tbux!

  32. #80 by Anonymous on 2011.04.25 - 10:16 am

I always had a thought in the back of my mind that this day would come. Here are the 3 clues that gave me the “thought”.

    1. There.com site never closed
    2. The selling of There, was never really brought up that much. And when it was there was never a “offer” great enough
    3. Michael talked alot a finding a way to possibly re-open there

Now I could be wrong, And I don’t care if I am.
I am just glad that there.com may be coming back.

  33. #81 by Lila :) on 2011.04.25 - 6:30 am

I don’t understand why people think it will help to game the survery… If people game the surveys in favor of opening There2, the results won’t be accurate.. and if MW opens There.com because of false results, there’s a good chance There is going to shut down because there won’t be as much profit as he expected… Even if there’s a way for MW to tell which answers are real and which aren’t, It’s just making it harder for him…. So to anybody that thinks they’re “Helping” re-open There, you’re honestly just making the process more difficult… so please stop. 🙂

    • #82 by Secrets of Vonira on 2011.04.26 - 2:44 pm

It is actually people gaming the survey and voting that they would not pay and therefore either making it look like there isn’t enough interest in paying or to make it look as if the ones who showed interest in paying are fake.

  34. #83 by erick758 on 2011.04.25 - 6:15 am

    charge minors more lol

    • #84 by Lila :) on 2011.04.25 - 9:04 am

Decently good idea…. that way only the truly addicted minors would be playing. If you charged around $20 a month for minors, then you would know for sure that random trouble makers weren’t wandering and causing chaos.

      • #85 by ried on 2011.04.25 - 3:04 pm

charge more like $15 because thats what people pay for world of warcraft and i dont think anyone would pay more then that. for a game this unpopular

  35. #86 by faith on 2011.04.25 - 5:58 am

    PLEASE Re-open.

  36. #87 by ried on 2011.04.24 - 8:56 pm

i can’t wait for there to re-open the first thing im going to do is create a new avatar and cancel the old one after transferring all my stuff and then go hover board off saja. i hope sam 420 still does his buggy bash.

  37. #88 by movieman14 on 2011.04.24 - 5:44 pm

Well,I (and I am sure many my age) am extremely fascinated with how awesome there was/is/and will be,but since we are under 18,so really there is no concern at all for me to even be caring about there re-opening then would there be? If there re-opens as 18+ then I have more of a chance joining a justin bieber mmo (in other words no chance at all 😛 ). There are simple ways of moderation, not all moderation needs a live player base, there are word filters which even automatically ban players for using language, sexual referance, drug referance, etc. I don’t see why you think it must be all one extreme or another. It is easy and I believe fairly cheap to put in a chat editing system as it has been done with countless mmo’s.Though they might not pay as much as adults minors still DO pay,and it most likely would end up paying for the tools necessary for a computer-generated moderating system.Or even allow 13+ but state you aren’t responsible for moderation,if you even just broke even from minor’s income and cost of small (most likely not too costly) moderating server then you would be able to avoid the ”there hates kids” comments from the there haters 😉 .

    • #89 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.24 - 8:20 pm

There has all the automated methods you mentioned (though they don’t auto-ban), but the unfortunate fact is, to support a world with minors in it, you need live people, and you need them trained, and available, a significant % of the time the world is open. You can’t even consider using community/volunteer help (due to liability issues). As much as I wish there was, there’s no way for There to “break even” at this time, and provide the right level of support for a world with minors in it. It’s not only not cheap, it’s certainly not cheap to do right.

      • #90 by movieman14 on 2011.04.26 - 5:50 pm

Well I understand that you are trying to make it as efficient as possible, but there doesn’t even need to be live moderation,a word filter will cover the problems of language, sexual and drug reference, etc. anything else would be considered hate speech, pornography, etc. and would need live moderation anyway,as I said,if I am not mistaken I believe the only thing not included under pornography, hate speech, etc. that you said still wouldn’t be allowed is word-based such as language or references. You could even send in a warning that you are there in general is not responsible for moderation and just to place a user on ignore if said minor is being bothered..with that being said they wouldn’t be able to say they weren’t warned and would know very well not to try to expect there to solve their problems.

    • #91 by tom on 2011.04.24 - 8:50 pm

notice how he said. (at this time). let MW get everything started first then you can talk about that stuff. and i dont want a game where if i say the f word once by accident im banned that would be stupid and all the 18+ people would hate it.

      • #92 by movieman14 on 2011.04.27 - 11:08 am

I seriously doubt you can ”accidentally’ let the f-bomb fly out through chat, watching what you say in chat doesn’t take any more self control than saying it in real life, you wouldn’t lash out cursing at Disney Land now would you? Besides,if a filter were integrated you could curse as much as you want..it would just be blocked for other players who prefer not to hear things like that, believe it or not..not all adults enjoy talking like a sailor or hearing others do it. I believe he meant ”at this time” in reference to this time around or 2nd try at there.

@David H,well it isn’t quite like filtering out language, reference etc. is a new idea..it has been done with COUNTLESS virtual worlds/mmo’s.As a matter of fact, there are more kid-friendly/themed virtual worlds than any other type,I believe from my experience it is about 50% kid friendly 40% pg-13 or teen-friendly and about 10% adult friendly.IMVU and Second-Life are just about the only popular and well known adult-friendly mmos’ out there and even imvu is 13+. Since most mmo’s go on movie rating system lets think about this…most of the time the transition from Pg-13 – R is only when things such as sexual situations or nudity come in the mix, which there has already said will not be allowed, most pg-13 movies include language (and some times extensive language) so that could technically go under pg-13,as I said I don’t quite know of any other element not allowed under pg-13 a word filter Wouldn’t fix (considering hate speech and porn still wouldn’t be allowed).

    • #93 by David H on 2011.04.25 - 5:24 am

      Yah.
The +18 is not a MIchael Wilson issue it’s a company/liability and time issue. No one likes excluding any group/s of people. Every system which has the potential to expose underage kids to stuff that society has deemed inappropriate for that age group has it’s age limits. I won’t mention any because they are everywhere. To be honest, There2 (I’m calling it There2 to be clear I’m talking about the mmo) is just catching up with everyone else, not the other way around.

I don’t understand, what does Amazon have to reply back to you? I understand that they host servers, but, what does Amazon have anything to do with There.com? Are you making some sort of deal with them?

    • #95 by Sameer Anand on 2011.04.24 - 4:55 pm

      why does*

    • #96 by Secrets of Vonira on 2011.04.26 - 2:42 pm

If you read anything, he was going to get a server from Amazon to run the mass mailing script on.

      • #97 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.26 - 4:31 pm

Well no, not a server We need to use Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) to send out the mail, but we needed it to up the limit so we could send more emails each day. Getting this done required several email exchanges, along with proving various things to assume them we’re not a spammer (I had to prove I wasn’t a Nigerian Prince, for example).

Hi Michael Wilson, I am glad you brough this up. I need to tell you something. Real Life I am deaf woman. I really love http://www.there.com are my number one. Most of my money I spend on http://www.there.com from my 401k retirement. Even I am not retirement yet. I had to pay 10% pending for withdrawal my 401K to pay my income tax. I do not mind but one thing It hurt me that There.com shut down. I spend near five thousand dollars. Now I won’t able afford to starting all over again. Will I trust you again? I spend my money for the children who could not afford to buy hoverboats. That is why I set up at Frontie Zone as Free Hoverboats Garage upto three hoverboats for a week. Almost all of them love it. I will looking forward for There2. Thank you, Evelyn

    • #100 by NoBioN on 2011.04.24 - 2:29 pm

Many lost thousands of $$$ i know a of somw who lost around the same amounts as yours ( which is high).

I do not see why you say. If you can trust MW again. Its not MW that wanted to shut down there.com. Atleast hes trying to get it back up with our avatars intact.

Can you trust the there community? Alot of the way its the customers who decide if it can stay open or not. Examples of that is to avoid buying therebux from 3rd party resellers.

      But its complicated 😉

      • #101 by Wendy Stoll on 2011.04.25 - 2:01 am

Again, I don’t see how anyone “lost” money. You paid for a service.

      Results dont go up everyday…

    • #106 by Ant1977 on 2011.04.24 - 9:11 am

I don’t understand what relevance the results show anyone outside the decision making process. The results are currently skewed by those gaming the survey anyways, and he most likely don’t need to keep posting them everyday.

  42. #107 by adam on 2011.04.23 - 9:40 pm

Amazon should reply soon right like Monday or so?

  43. #108 by Sameer Anand on 2011.04.23 - 4:01 pm

If There.com was to reopen, can I just create a new avatar? The previous avatar I had was very unorganized, and since There.com would be starting off to a fresh start, I would want my avatar to start fresh too. I also just turned 18 a few days ago, so I would be in the safe zone as far as registration.

Consider programming a form in PHP or something like that, where you can only limit 1 response per IP address, MAC Address or something along those lines. That may help you get more accurate results.

How many staff members would you be considering? I’m looking for an internship and I could care less about money. I would be more interested in the experience. Plus, I’ll be majoring in computer science. I already know a vast amount of programming languages, and currently learning C++, and UML.

    • #109 by Jonathan on 2011.04.23 - 5:53 pm

Consider programming a form in PHP or something like that, where you can only limit 1 response per IP address, MAC Address or something along those lines. That may help you get more accurate results.

Proxies and other methods would make this completely void – and besides, its already over half-way, I don’t think this would be that beneficial, if at all.

Other than that, you can’t get the MAC Address of a user using pure PHP, IP yes, but not MAC – I believe you can using a PHP-JavaScript mix.

      • #110 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.23 - 5:57 pm

        I don’t use PHP. It’s a religious matter.

      • #111 by JamesR on 2011.04.23 - 11:50 pm

Regardless, the survey is done on a independent website. You’d imagine a website that specialised in surveys would actually be able to find “odd” occurrences.

I imagine that the people who are spamming aren’t that _stupid_ that they wouldn’t change the appearance (IP/Browser/Etc) when hitting the survey with the results they want to look genuine, but they must be seeing as Michael has found them out.

      • #112 by Sameer Anand on 2011.04.24 - 11:18 am

I agree with you. Thats why I started learning other languages other than PHP. I did not know that the survey was almost over.

  44. #113 by matt on 2011.04.23 - 11:46 am

what is Amazon Cloud?? and when will we know if there will be re-opening?

    • #114 by Scott Fieber on 2011.04.23 - 1:10 pm

The Amazon Cloud computing is basically a large server farm owned by Amazon or one of many other vendors who provide server space in an, as you need it mode. I Googled them yesterday and it is pretty interesting, and would save a company money as they do not have to buy their own servers and if they use a little space or a lot of space they only pay for what they use, so very scale-able.
MW said the survey would run at least 30 days and sometime after that they would come to a decision. I would like to think that by early June we might know.

      • #115 by EvenStupider on 2011.04.23 - 1:41 pm

Yes, I agree. Results would probably be in by mid May, if not sooner. (truthfully, it depends on the effectiveness of the mailing) – then we would know by June most likely.

  45. #116 by adam on 2011.04.23 - 11:31 am

  46. #117 by missy on 2011.04.23 - 7:31 am

  47. #118 by Hercule on 2011.04.23 - 2:17 am

MW, if you ban a member’s ip and lets say they have dynamic ip’s will they be able to get back still? ( i am sure you wouldn’t go to the extent of banning isp)

    • #119 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.23 - 5:20 am

We’ve gone far beyond just banning IPs to control banning.

      • #120 by Hercule on 2011.04.23 - 5:29 am

        could you elaborate?

      • #121 by NathanAvis on 2011.04.23 - 2:46 pm

If the person has committed an offense great enough their ISP can be contacted.

When someone inputs credit card data, or any card data there might be a blacklist which flags up people matching certain info of banned members.

Worst case scenario is people get injunctions and are legally not allowed to use There, or do anything related to it on the Internet. Whether or not this has ever happened I wouldn’t know.

    • #122 by Jonathan on 2011.04.23 - 5:38 am

You can’t ban an ISP, or that would remove a huge percentage of the There community. MAC Addresses, IP Addresses, E-mails, Serial Numbers and other Hardware information can be used to ban a user (or so i believe).

Remember, that with the subscription, payment-details could also be blacklisted.

      • #123 by NoBioN on 2011.04.23 - 7:14 am

And banning people all the time (much more of that in pg-13 world) sure costed some in staff

      • #124 by Hercule on 2011.04.23 - 8:31 am

1)IP is already out of the list
        2)banning email is pointless
3)i dont know what other hardware info and serial nos. means

      • #125 by Jonathan on 2011.04.23 - 9:26 am

3)i dont know what other hardware info and serial nos. means

Well, most computer components have serial numbers, so, if you disable access to a certain ‘serial number’, then that ‘Computer’ will no longer be able to login etc.

        Google it 😉

      • #126 by EvilSidez on 2011.04.23 - 1:40 pm

Yeah they’ve gone very far.. I’ve tried getting on once or twice after I was banned for breaking PG 13 rules.. and just gave up on that.. it’s not worth messing up a super good pc for something I wasn’t allowed on anyways. but it doesn’t matter about IP banning right now it’s about us getting there back, maybe then MW will unban people.. but lets get there.com back first!

  48. #127 by Jonathan on 2011.04.23 - 1:52 am

    Just a few quick questions:

    1. Would there still need to be ‘downtime’ on a daily basis?
    2. I’m not sure if you’ve seen in the news, but a lot of Amazon’s Cloud services have had technical problems over the last couple of days – what would happen to our subscriptions if say, this happened again, and There was temporarily unavailable?

Well i guess the survey give us the idea about how much the people wanted There go back, the only serious competition to SL in my opinion,$10 per month give a competitive price, other want to fill the space trying to be “There wannabes” like RLP with islands, shacks and those kind of things…I really wonder if There re open this new games can get the attention of people.

    • #135 by jimony on 2011.04.23 - 7:26 am

Aisha, RLP is not a “There Wannabe”. In fact the founders of RLP did not know much about There.
The fact that RLP is going to be a virtual world doesn’t make it a “There Wannabe” any more than Second Life would be one.
The people who are turning RLP toward being more Therelike are those of us that joined it from There and are making suggestions because of what we liked about There. It is to the credit of RLP that they listen to us and take from our suggestions what they find useful. None of those decisions were in an effort to replace or clone There.
It is actually amusing that the one startup that actually is a “There Wannabe” is trying to be exactly like it while at the same time belittleing There.

ok so Mr. will son so you said you made some changes to there to make it run cheaplyer yes i know that’s not a word. what are these changes will they be noticeable or not and if so will they be major?

I’ve been through this multiple times, you may want to read the comments on the prior posts. Thanks.

      • #138 by Aylana on 2011.04.23 - 2:03 am

        Mr Wilson,

Not sure if you will answer me- But- When there.com closed my computer had crashed. I was out of a computer for awhile before finding out it had closed. I was so disappointed like so many others- well disappointed is probably not the word- I guess I felt betrayed… If I can speak candidly from a customer standpoint- Myself being one and placing my trust in you the retailer of this product called there.com so that I could decorate and design. I enjoyed creating —- Hell, Heaven, Avalon … and so many other builds… I never complained about spending “thousands” of dollars as you can look in your records and verify this fact. What hurt me was the perception from my end that it looked like you took what I considered to be my investment to make there a better world – and you ran off with it.
I sir – do not appreciate that. People purchase from people they like and trust. While i’ve never met you personally- You repeatedly gave your “word” there.com was different and would “never” close. So the question for me comes down to one thing? Are you a man of honor? A man of your word? Sure I understand business more than you think i might. I also understand it takes money. But everything takes communication- somewhere along the line it was filtered out or it just failed.
But – also understand a good portion of your customer base was ignored. While you or others may think it shocking that I should even critisize you or how “dare” I … I’m sorry.. but Sir if you really want to know- how others stand… You need to really listen. Knowledge seeks to learn and wisdom seeks to understand. I would just ask that you just listen… I never came to there to compete for a popularity contest. I came because of the freedoms it allowed in decorating even though the only prize was the pleasure it brought others. You sir took that away. Right now i’m not asking that you feel any need to justify anything- or to applogize or become defensive. It is what it is… Please understand one thing. I loved there. I did not enjoy some of the policies. I did not like what I thought was backwards treatment because in my world one should be there for their customers not work against them. However… I had to remember what brought me there. Watching a commercial on TV- advertising for there.com. I appeared at 10:00pm on sept 14 2004 and I learned all I could about decorating. I purchased my first there house and then my first portazone. Sir thank you for your time. If you take the time to read this- Please then give me the courtesy and wisdom of understanding from this side of the fence. It may be an unpopular thing to do- but nevertheless…. needed. Look forward to decorating again… and hopefully seeing my investment enjoyed again… with heaven and hell. But it depends because I was always paying through the property and portazones I had up… so you all had your money – at least from me.

      • #139 by Wendy Stoll on 2011.04.23 - 7:55 am

        Aylana,
This is something I just don’t understand. Sometimes things are just OVER. MW never made money from There, and it was never set up as an investment vehicle. It was just FUN. A lot of us spent a lot of money because it was the way we chose to spend it, for fun. And maybe some folks made a little money from it. Probably some of the designers made more money from it than MW did…since, really, he was just funding it, and not making a profit. I just don’t understand why people consider it a betrayal when a business has to end.

        Things don’t last forever.

        Wendy

      • #140 by pHluid13 on 2011.04.23 - 5:19 pm

Aylana, I don’t know if this is a post worthy of response by MW as this has all been discussed before. Lets just say this. The people who play any kind of online game always face the risk of the game shutting down at some time or another. World of Warcraft will one day close I am sure and all the people who played will lose everything they ever created. This doesn’t mean that blizzard is taking anything away from them. The game simply ran its course whenever it decides to close and hopefully something better will have been released when its time to close. There.com simply didn’t have enough money to sustain its life with the way its users were paying for it. The thousands of dollars you spend might have helped it stay open a little longer to at least break even. But remember also that you aren’t the only user who invested loads of money into There.

I can assure you a couple things though. MW never “ran off” with your money. And you can also be rest assured that he listens and understands everything we say. Most people can’t “understand what I mean, not what I say” but MW is one of those people that understands what we mean and not what we say. He doesn’t get lost in the words we speak but rather pays close attention to what we truly want. Right now, he hears we want There back and is making the first steps necessary to get us there. Be patient and help the process along by asking others to take the survey as well. Get your friends involved in the process. Do your fiends want to play as well? If so, why not take the survey.

    • #141 by Hercule on 2011.04.22 - 7:25 pm

Hes talking about there.com being made 18+ game and stuff

      • #142 by NoBioN on 2011.04.22 - 11:00 pm

And more important. A new way to handle servers. Only uses whats needed. Thus cost grow and fall with ingame population

  53. #143 by Hercule on 2011.04.22 - 6:52 pm

Mr Wilson they have stated in there.com faqs that even paying 10$ a month wouldnt help the game run what made you decide to suddenly start the survey then?( i am kinda guessing your expecting numbers to be more than 3000?)

    • #144 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.22 - 6:53 pm

You need to read more carefully: Since those FAQs, we’ve made changes which make it possible to run There for much more cheaply.

    • #145 by Secrets of Vonira on 2011.04.25 - 1:22 am

MW, don’t feed this guy. Hercule is one of them YowNow-hired trolls right along with Evolast. If you didn’t know, Evolast was hired into the Vonira team for supposedly “trolling” you.

      • #146 by Synystyr on 2011.05.14 - 9:33 am

Evolast is one of the main dweebs there in wowpow. Give him no mind. Seriously.

      • #147 by Michael Wilson on 2011.05.14 - 11:26 am

I was seriously surprised to see that the YowNow CEO bragged he’d hired Evolast after Evolast (according to the YowNow CEO) “duped” me.

He was absolutely right, I did believe Evolast was a Somalian Princess, sent him $5000 to liberate his late Uncle’s bank account, and am currently waiting for my share of the millions.

(sorry guys but there’s no chance right now its not going to happen at least for a long time. thank you all for playing and i know we had a lot of good times but there’s nothing i can do.sorry) i would be crushed that he stopped trying but we must except that that may happen so dont get all your hopes up to to high but its good that we all have faith in him.

  57. #156 by EvilSidez on 2011.04.22 - 3:07 pm

So let me get this straight based on what I’ve heard from thumdar.. I’m sitting here offering what a great idea woulda been to let everyone back and start over and people get mad over my constanting ranting, but at the same time.. there’s rumors that people are “Playing the system” or something and voting several times to help make sure it reaches its number? What is that???

    • #157 by NathanAvis on 2011.04.22 - 4:25 pm

Works both ways. People who fake and inflate “we will pay!” votes are just as bad as those who are currently inflating the “we won’t pay!” votes if you ask me. The dude is considering pumping a hell of alot of investments here and is already investing a lot of time around the idea of reopening There.

    • #158 by EvenStupider on 2011.04.22 - 5:16 pm

Evil, after There.com closed – several designers committed themselves to a project otherwise known as ‘YowNow’ – hoping to establish itself off of there.com’s former user-base. Hence, Makena’s announcement regarding the possible re-opening of there.com threatens the entire YowNow project, and in-turn, enraged those committed to it. In consequence, they have reverted to bashing Michael Wilson, There.com (or Makena), and their efforts. If you examine the surveys closely, you would notice the “would not pay for the service section” increased 100% in a matter of two days.

As for your question concerning ‘why it is people bash you’. I myself, have been permanently banned, and understand your urge to play again. But the reason people bash you is because currently Makena is trying to see IF there is enough interest to re-open there.com. Thus, their efforts are entirely dedicated to seeing how many people are willing to play, how much they are willing to pay, determining whether revenue can cover costs, etc. Therefore, when you routinely bring up the issue of your current ban, it becomes frustrating, as it is irrelevant to the task at hand. That being said, I nevertheless agree that banned persons NOT guilty of hate speech, hacking, cracking, fraud, and other major major offences should be let back into the world. I think the implementation of ‘video evidence’ as a means of getting people removed from the world had a devastating impact in terms of banning several users for petty offences (continuous swearing, etc). As a consequence of this, when users saw their friends leave, the game became too boring all together, and they too stopped playing.

      • #159 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.22 - 5:27 pm

I’m afraid the bashing started over there long, long, long before this survey, in fact, right after we announced There’s closing.

One of the reasons I was less impressed by their project as opposed to the likes of Envie and RLP was that their project appeared to be based on a deep hatred of There, There’s Staff, There’s Designers, and everything about There. While I’m happy to take my knocks, I find their verbal abuse of the rest reprehensible and intolerable.

Not a very good foundation for a virtual world, IMHO, and I hope our members that are there come out OK.

      • #160 by EvilSidez on 2011.04.22 - 6:22 pm

The way you put it makes alot of sense Even haha, and yeah it’s cool man.. but yeah I knew you were banned, I was quite fond of alot of stuff because I started playing paintball alot when you were gone.. I mean I was around since 06 but never really knew you but I’m pretty sure i’ve been moderated once or twice by your HellFish people for me getting mad over texts because they cussed me out on mic.. that’s whats so ironic but it’s not your fault about them man and yeah I hope there.com gets reopened that’d be sweet we’ll deal with the banned issues later.

      • #161 by tom on 2011.04.22 - 6:55 pm

there is and ever will be the only game for me. yownow is a joke and wow is a secret operation to make every American a zombie. most of the people who play it hate it but they play out of addiction.

      • #162 by Evan on 2011.04.26 - 2:31 am

I don’t know what those people were smoking when they named that place, but YowNow? That is by far the most ignorant, dumbass name I have ever heard for a virtual world, or anything else, for that matter. I’d be too ashamed to say it in public. YowNow. lulz

      • #163 by Secrets of Vonira on 2011.04.26 - 2:38 pm

Right here, the tactics they use to advertise by claiming that they are the new there.com and replacement: http://www.youtube.com/user/YowNowTV#p/f

      • #164 by Evan on 2011.04.27 - 1:00 am

I’m wondering if some of the YowNow fan boys are starting to realize there is something rotten in Denmark? The amount of YowNow spam on my Facebook has gone from absurd to ‘crickets. They used to manage to find a way to crow about YowNow and drop a link in every entry they made, regardless of the subject. That has stopped. I’m curios as to why. OK, I’m nosey as hell, but whatever. 😀

Sounds like Amazon is slowing you down a little if there has been little response from them, a service like that should be nearly instant replies especially for such a big possible customer to their service, I suggest you push it a little to get your needs seen to asap. A lot here want to see the results too and im sure it will change dramatically once the Mass Mail starts.

        Jordan

      • #170 by Bruce on 2011.04.22 - 2:32 pm

We should hear back from Amazon in one business day. I dug up the old privacy policy for them.

  60. #171 by EvenStupider on 2011.04.22 - 9:30 am

And by that, do you mean you will extend the survey period, or conclude your results without the mass e-mail?

    • #172 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.22 - 10:19 am

I will wait until we have enough data to make an accurate a guess as we can.

  61. #173 by EvenStupider on 2011.04.22 - 9:04 am

MW, the survey time is almost up – any comments on when we can expect the mass e-mail?

    • #174 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.22 - 9:06 am

Nope. Still waiting for our request to be processed by Amazon. If it takes longer than the month to get the mails out, then so be it.

      • #175 by Jordan Charters on 2011.04.22 - 9:37 am

Although I would recommend talking to Rackspace for the service too, i’m a customer of theirs and they always have good response times. Worth a shot I guess.

      • #176 by NoBioN on 2011.04.22 - 9:50 am

        Mike
Again, I can broach a conversation with 6Fusion. I know you know this technology much more than I. I’m thinking of the model where Makena only pays for what Therians use which includes the network, cpu and storage. I encourage you to take a look. BTW I have no financial incentive. I’m just a big fan of There since 2003 and would love to see it back. I’m one of the pay $20/month club even though I am a Beta Lifetime member. You can certainly get an answer faster than what you you’ve been waiting from Amazon. Don’t understand that. Sounds like they aren’t hungry enough. You have my email. Love to hear from you.

Are the folks “Gaming” the survey repeatedly saying they wouldn’t pay, or is it the other way around.

    • #180 by Winston on 2011.04.22 - 10:02 am

The gaming looks to be coming from the “I won’t pay” side. But I’m not going to say why because person’s with an agenda will see what I’m looking at and move to correct they’re mistakes 🙂 Let us not speak about it anymore.

      • #181 by Michael Wilson on 2011.04.22 - 10:20 am

      • #182 by Jonathan on 2011.04.22 - 10:22 am

Will you be able to remove the results that are ‘false’. So that an accurate result can be made?

      • #183 by jimony on 2011.04.22 - 11:09 am

The good news about this would be that the “no” answers do not detract from the number of “yes” answers.
I was thinking about this earlier, wondering if some of those who were so angry (at having put all their chips with a different company and can’t see a way to back out and take the risk of losing their status?) might be trying to drive the survey by gaming it, but they can’t take away the votes of those who want There back, so as long as that column is high enough, what does it matter how many responses say they don’t want it back? You have to figure at least half and probably more of those who care so much to take the survey and say no are going to get an account any way. Even if they have to get a clandestine one so they won’t be banned from their status position.

BUT… the Kangaroo lerks in mysterious places and holds a grudge. Right Kangie! I was a 1st 50 member… they kept adding more then started weeding with broken promises. No reason given… but it may have been because of My post here as I’m sure Ant may have noticed with himself or it may have been lies spread by the SINK “DRAIN”. And yes Michael… they are here to disrupt and would come back here because of the actual living they made as designers … as they would stay in WOWPOW . I would love to have it open again..and look forward to it. If you would like to email me I might be able to help in a large way through a friend. ($)’s… not sure… would have to talk to you and him and get you 2 together if he is still interested. Seriously… “BUILD IT…THEY WILL COME!”

We think it’s very umm, hmm, what’s the word? Ah yes! Odd that the number of people who don’t want to pay at all have risen to almost 30%, and rather abruptly, at that.
